An international, fully integrated, precious metals dealer and secure storage facility, Strategic Wealth Preservation (“SWP”), was honored and awarded the prestigious Great Place to Work in the Caribbean and Central America Award category, conferred by the global authority on workplace culture, Great Place to Work.
Great Place to Work, an independent research and consulting firm, evaluated more than 60 elements of team members’ experience on the job. Rankings are based on all employees’ experiences, regardless of their position in the company, and are completely anonymous. Further, as part of the screening process, a culture audit survey was conducted.
An impressive 95% of the employees said SWP is a great place to work. This percentage surpasses the average result of 85% for employees working in companies based in the Caribbean and Central America.
